Our shop is aimed at consumers, meaning people buying for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession. The version of these terms valid at the time of your order applies.
How the contract is concluded
The products in our shop are not a binding offer but an invitation to order.
- Select products and place them in your shopping bag.
- Go to the checkout, enter or confirm your details, and choose a delivery and payment method.
- Before ordering, you see a summary of your order with all prices and costs. You can correct any entry by going back to the relevant step or by editing your shopping bag.
- By clicking the final order button, which is clearly labelled as an order with an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to buy the products in your shopping bag.
We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away. This confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we accept your order, by sending a separate email confirming dispatch or by delivering the goods.
Contract language and contract text
You can conclude the contract in any language in which this shop is offered. We store the contract text and send you the details of your order, these terms and the withdrawal information by email, with the order confirmation or in a separate email before the goods are delivered. You can also view these terms on this page at any time.
Prices and shipping costs
All prices include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown on our shipping page and in the checkout before you order. If you order from outside the customs territory of the European Union, import duties and taxes may also apply; these are payable by you unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment
The payment methods available are shown in the checkout. Payments are processed by external payment providers; their terms may also apply. We do not receive or store your card details. For some payment methods, the amount is charged when you order; for others, it is charged on dispatch, as shown in the checkout.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed on our shipping page. Delivery times are shown there and in the checkout. Unless otherwise stated, we deliver within 30 days of concluding the contract. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will tell you immediately and refund any payment already made for it.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person named by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins when you receive the goods. The full information on the right of withdrawal, how to exercise it and its consequences, including the model withdrawal form and our online withdrawal function, is on our returns page and is sent to you by email with your order.
Legal guarantee
If the goods are faulty or not as described, you have the statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity: you can ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced, and if that is not possible or not done within a reasonable time, for a price reduction or a refund. You can claim defects within 24 months of receiving the goods. If a defect appears within one year of receipt, it is presumed to have existed at receipt.
To report a defect, contact us at shop@oska.fashion. We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee unless one is stated with a product.
Vouchers and promotions
Promotional codes are valid only for the period and under the conditions stated in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined with other promotions, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be entered before completing the order. If you withdraw from a purchase made with a promotional code, we refund the amount you actually paid.
Liability
We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings against us in the courts of the country where you live or where we are established. We can only bring proceedings against you in the courts of the country where you live.
Complaints about defects
How to make a claim for defective goods, and how we handle it, is described in our complaint procedure (reklamační řád), linked at the bottom of every page. We decide on a complaint without delay and at the latest within 30 days of receiving it, unless we agree a longer period with you.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority also supervises compliance with consumer protection law.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may be charged by the carrier or the customs authority of your country. Unless they are shown and collected at checkout, you pay them on delivery; they are not included in our prices and we have no control over them. You are responsible for complying with the import rules of your country.
