Accessibility Statement
Re.Fashion s.r.o. is committed to making its online shop accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition into Czech law (Act No. 424/2023 Coll.). This statement applies to the website www.oska.fashion in its English, German and Czech language versions.
Conformance status
The technical standard for accessibility is EN 301 549, which for web content incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
This website is partially conformant with EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most requirements are met, but some content does not yet fully conform. We have not claimed full conformance because a confirmation pass with assistive technologies (screen readers, switch access and voice control) has not yet been completed.
What is accessible
- Keyboard operation: all interactive controls — including product colour and size selection, Add to cart and Place order — can be reached and used with a keyboard, in a logical order and with a visible focus indicator. No keyboard traps were found on the home page, shop, product pages, cart or checkout.
- Status messages: selected colour and size, stock availability, validation errors and cart updates are exposed through ARIA live regions so they can be announced by assistive technologies without moving focus.
- Product selection: the colour and size selector uses correct group semantics with accessible names and selected-state information, and stays usable when items are out of stock.
- Reduced motion: the site respects the operating-system reduce-motion setting.
- High contrast: the site remains usable in operating-system high-contrast and forced-colours modes.
- Text and zoom: content can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or function; headings and form fields have meaningful labels.
- Colour contrast: interface colours have been reviewed and improved to meet the AA minimum contrast ratio on the pages we have assessed.
- Navigation and language selection: menus, product filters and the language selector are operated with links and buttons, so moving through the options with a keyboard never changes the page unexpectedly.
- Overlays: the cart, menu, size chart and filter panels are presented as dialogues. They take focus when opened, keep it inside while open, close with the Escape key, and return focus to the control that opened them.
- Product availability: where a product listing shows an availability note, that note is also part of the item’s name for assistive technologies.
- Touch targets: interactive targets, including the colour swatches on product listings, meet the minimum target size of 24 by 24 pixels.
- Payment methods: the individual payment-method choices at checkout carry accessible names that match their visible labels, in each language.
Non-accessible content
We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
- Assistive-technology confirmation (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.3): the underlying accessibility semantics are in place, but a full confirmation pass with screen readers, switch access and voice control has not yet been carried out.
- Image alternative text (WCAG 1.1.1): some product or campaign images have placeholder alternative text, and some German category images carry English alternative text.

This statement was prepared on 30 June 2026 and last reviewed on 26 August 2026. It is based on a self-assessment carried out by Re.Fashion s.r.o. We review this statement at least once a year and after significant changes to the website.
